Our Technical Support and Service Programs are designed to make sure you get the most from your investment in Real-Storage products.


Our support center is staffed with Senior Field Application Engineers who can provide phone or on-site support as requested and can be contacted directly toll-free by phone, through Live! our online chat system, or by E-mail.

On normal business hours are 9 AM through 9 PM (EST) excluding holidays. At all other times we will respond to technical support calls within 4 hours.


Service and Warranty

Real-Storage Standard Warranty:

Real-Storage products and systems are warranted fully for one full year unless previously stated otherwise or superseded by specific manufactures terms of warranty from the date of shipment. Upon verification of failure, replacement equipment will be shipped out to our customers in advance of receiving the defective subassembly. A return material authorization will accompany all equipment shipped and can be issued either by our phone support, email or via our web site.

For self-maintainers with technical ability, spare parts, and service manuals are available to perform your own part replacement.
